Crab Rangoon Casserole

I’ve had this vision in my head for awhile, and I am soooooooo glad it finally came crab rangoonto fruition! If you can’t get enough crab rangoons when you are out for Chinese, you will love this easy interpretation!

  • In large bowl, mix…
    • 8 ounces crab
    • 8 ounces cream cheese
    • 6 ounces sweet and sour sauce
    • 1 cup frozen peas
    • 3 cups cooked rice
  • Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 375* for 30ish minutes. Serve with wonton crisps, green onions, or chow mein.
