Doesn’t tuna noodle casserole feel like an “At Grandma’s after Mass” meal? I didn’t go to church this morning, but I did test out a new skillet tuna noodle casserole recipe. I even (almost totally) followed the recipe! My only additions were corn, garlic, and a bit extra parm in the sauce. It was a win!

As a side note, I wish that I was feeding someone besides myself with these Sunday Suppers. If you feel like coming to the country for dinner some weekend, let me know. 🙂
