Dad came over today and put in brand new windows while I was at school all day.

…then, he cleaned the cat litter, even though he doesn’t like the cats.

…then, he fixed the screen in the window above the tub (weird place for a window, I know)…and made sure to clean the tub afterwards.

He also told me that I ought to have asked him to clean out the light fixtures because he would have been happy to. He said he’d do it next time because he’s an amazing human.

After all that, mom and dad still took me to dinner, even though it should have been the reverse, and asked about my day.

To top it off, they bought me a tank of gas because pay day is still four days away.
