I was super excited when the boys at Iowa Distilling perfected their cinnamon whiskey, Prairie Fire. Could the name be any cuter?! I happily replaced lesser cinnamon whiskeys in one of my favorite beertails: Apple Pie. Drop a shot of Prairie Fire in your preferred cider beer and sip slow. I plan on drinking many of these this fall!

Stop by the Distillery Tuesdays from 4-8 or Saturdays from 12-5 to sample Prairie Fire for yourself and take in the GORGEOUS view out the front windows!
