The most work I’m going to do today…

I LOOOOOOOOVE fresh pineapple, and prepping it just isn’t as hard as that intimidating exterior makes it appear to be.

+ Lose the top and bottom (it automatically gets less intimidating at this point).

+ Shave off the sides (get as many of the brown knots as you can but don’t stress if you can’t get them all).

+ Quarter it and cut out the hard core (see what I mean?!)

+ Slice into bite size pieces.

….it seems lame to say that the last step is to ‘enjoy’….but oh well! ENJOY! πŸ™‚
